On Wednesday 4th March, we held Cumbria Day in Parliament – an event to showcase our amazing county as place for investment with huge potential for economic growth.
The event promoted Cumbria’s “Going for Growth Strategy” and brought hundreds of Cumbrians to the heart of Westminster to meet with MPs, Ministers and officials to shout about all we have to offer.
It was a great event. Many thanks to the businesses, organisations and individuals who invested the time to attend and help tell our story.
