Construction work on the Old Bank project in Millom has been completed.
A big thanks to Story Contractors Ltd who have restored the building into a welcoming space for the community.
This is another important milestone for the Millom Town Deal projects following the start of the community health project earlier this year. It’s one of four major transformational projects within the Millom Town Deal which secured £20.6m from the UK Government’s Towns Fund alongside additional match funding.
The building is currently with Cumberland Council and will soon be handed over to the new operator, local business owners Samantha and Andrew Bowden.
