What a lovely welcome at Barrow Island Community Primary School!
It was fantastic to meet Headteacher Vicky Evans, hear about the work the school is doing and some of their exciting plans for the future, from their new free Best Start breakfast club to ambitions for a new library and improved playground.
And a real highlight was getting to hear the children singing!
Plenty for me to take away and follow up, and a huge thank you to everyone at Barrow Island Community Primary School for having me.
